Q1: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 5 units, but we can provide flexible options for new customers. Contact us to discuss customization possibilities.  

Q2: Can you provide samples? How long does it take?
A: Yes, we offer samples for quality evaluation. Sample cost and shipping fees depend on the product. Typically, samples ship within 20 business days.  

Q3: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C, or Global pay for small orders. Terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.  

Q4: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We implement a strict QC process with [inspection stages, e.g., raw material check, production monitoring, final pre-shipment inspection]. Third-party inspections are welcome.

Q5: What's your production lead time?
A: Standard orders take 4 weeks after receiving deposit and confirmed details. Rush orders may be arranged-please inquire.  

Q6: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes! We support custom designs, logos, and packaging. Provide your specifications (e.g., CAD files, samples) for a tailored solution.  

Q7: How do you handle shipping and logistics?
A: We work with reliable freight forwarders. Shipping options (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) can be negotiated. Destination ports/airports must be confirmed in advance.  

Q8: What if products are defective upon arrival?  
A: We guarantee replacements or refunds for defective items reported within 10 days with photo/video evidence. Return shipping costs are covered by us if it's our fault.
